At Quansight we are an engineering-focused company led by an engineering/developer mindset with enough management experience to understand how engineering works within a larger organization to execute a full mission.

Our back-office staff provides necessary operational support and leadership in sales, marketing, HR, recruiting, finance, accounting, project, product, and program management, as well as administrative assistants; each of which are service-oriented professionals who recognize the importance of developers, engineers, and scientists to our mission.

Customer Facing Consultants

 

This focused group of motivated and talented scientists, engineers, developers, and designers interacts directly with customers to provide them solutions that build upon the incredible pace of open-source development.  This work often leads to new technology ideas as well as new product ideas that may eventually become new companies.

Open Source Developers

We are building Quansight Labs, a group of motivated open-source contributors (developers, technical writers, community managers, product managers, release managers, and more). Come work for a company that understands open-source and wants to enable you to spend your time delivering it; using funds from companies that want to build on the open-source you care about.

Early professionals

Are you new to development, data-science, or machine-learning?  Perhaps you have taken a boot-camp or 1-2 year-long training program and now need professional experience to make your skills useful.  Our mentor-to-hire model allows you to associate with more senior engineers as you take the next step in your career by working with us as a stepping stone to your next opportunity.  We often help you find that opportunity by working with one of our customers.   You should already be participating in an open-source community at least part-time before you apply to Quansight.
