Onsite Training
This is the fastest and most engaging way to learn new skills. Expert instructors will guide your class while optimizing delivery speed, answering questions on the fly, quickly addressing students’ shared needs, and having 1:1 discussions when they have individual questions or need specific help.
The structure of this course is a combination of traditional lecture and guided lab assignments.
Online Training
This is the most economical option. It can be scheduled quickly and costs less than onsite training. It also allows for attendees to be in different locations. The trade-off is there is typically less engagement compared to onsite training, and less social bonding through learning a shared skillset.
The structure of this course is live, online lecture with Q&A, followed by offline lab sessions. This sequence is repeated twice per day and there is a final online debrief at the end of each day.
1 On 1 Coaching

An extremely powerful method for converting novices to experts. Your team will quickly gain knowledge by attending an onsite or online training session. But expertise can only come over long-term practice of the technology. Coaching is the ideal follow on to training. It provides your employees with access to experts to help them when they inevitably “get stuck” on their journey from novice to expert.
